Johanna G. Coats, Esq., is a Senior District Attorney in the appellate division of the Denver DA's Office. She also serves on the Supreme Court Committee for the Rules of Criminal Procedure. Before joining the DA’s office, she was a clerk for Judge Tymkovich on the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and an associate in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn, & Crutcher. Ms. Coats received a J.D. from Columbia Law School and a B.A. from the University of Colorado.
