Melissa A. Hailey is a founding partner of Hailey | Hart PLLC, a woman-owned and operated law firm based in Denver. She represents plaintiffs in civil litigation involving insurance disputes and serious personal injury. Ms. Hailey is licensed to practice in Colorado, Arizona, and New Mexico. Her practice includes both trial and appellate advocacy. Ms. Hailey is an active member of the Colorado Women's Bar Association and the Women's Trial Lawyers' Network, and currently serves on the board of directors of the Colorado Trial Lawyers' Association.
