Honorable David Gallivan, graduated from Rutgers School of Law - Camden in 2007.Following a clerkship in the New Jersey Superior Court, Family Division, he opened his own practice providing services to low income clients in domestic violence and family cases.After a brief stint as a volunteer election program coordinator with the Sudan Council of Churches in what is now known as South Sudan, he returned home to Colorado and joined the Division of Workers' Compensation in 2010. David currently serves both as a prehearing administrative law judge and as the division's regulatory analyst.
