Elizabeth Domenico, Esq., Robinson & Henry, P.C., handles bankruptcy and debt problems. She brings extensive knowledge and experience and has litigated matters in both state and federal court. She also has knowledge and experience regarding consumer rights protection in the areas of credit repair, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act violations, and foreclosure defense. Elizabeth has successfully litigated multiple adversary cases within the bankruptcy court protecting the rights of debtors against their creditors. Elizabeth grew up in the Midwest and is a proud Hoosier. She attended Indiana University Bloomington where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree. She obtained her Juris Doctorate at the John Marshall University in Chicago. Elizabeth enjoys living and working in Douglas County. In her free time, she enjoys skiing, hiking, running, and reading.
