Risa Borowick Brown, Esq., is a partner at Fox Rothschild LLP where she focuses her practice on appellate advocacy and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on construction defect and real estate matters. Her appellate experience includes representing clients before the Colorado Supreme Court, Colorado Court of Appeals, and several federal circuit courts. Prior to Fox Rothschild, Risa served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Alan M. Loeb and the Honorable Robert M. Russel while they served on the Colorado Court of Appeals. Risa earned a J.D. from the University of Colorado, M.S.E.L. from Vermont School of Law, and B.A. from Dartmouth College.
