James Cordes, Esq., is a partner at Woody Law and has been practicing family law in the Denver Metro since graduating from DU in 2010. In addition to his litigation and collaborative practices, which include unbundled services, he opened his alternative dispute resolution practice in 2019 to help keep families out of the courtroom and focused on child-centered resolutions. He offers sliding-scale mediation and serves as an arbitrator and PC/DM. He is the Vice President of the Colorado Collaborative Divorce Professionals, sits on the board of the MDIC, and regularly presents on alternatives to traditional litigation approaches.
