Andrew C. Montoya, Esq., is an attorney with the Civil Rights Legal Program of the Colorado Cross-Disability Coalition, Colorado's only statewide organization run by and for people with all types of disabilities. CCDC's Civil Rights Legal Program brings lawsuits on behalf of CCDC and its members to enforce the Americans with Disabilities Act and other statutes that protect the civil rights of persons with disabilities. Andrew has provided lectures, training and technical guidance to housing providers, commercial contractors, medical providers, attorneys and disability rights advocates throughout Colorado. Andrew, a Denver native, began his career with the Civil Rights Legal Program as its Legal Assistant. Following a brief sojourn for law school, Andrew returned to the Civil Rights Legal Program as an attorney in 2010, and has since dedicated his career to the enforcement of disability rights in the state.
