Pamela B. Maass, Esq., is a zealous advocate for her clients, drawing on a unique collection of legal and engineering experiences. She is an innovative trial lawyer with over 40 jury trials under her belt, and is an experienced stage actor. She has dedicated her legal career to seeking justice for people who are injured by others. She was recently named a 'Top 40 Under 40' by The National Trial Lawyers, and was awarded the 2017 Excellence in Civil Legal Victim Representation Award by Rocky Mountain Victim Law Center for efforts seeking civil justice for victims of sexual assaults, violent crime and alcohol related crashes. She recently recovered a $1.2 million dollar premises liability verdict and a $4.2 million dollar motorcycle crash verdict for her clients at trial in Arapahoe County, Colorado. Pamela earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Colorado Law School in 2010 after earning her Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering and Master's in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Arizona State University in 2004 and 2006 respectively. Prior to law school Pamela worked as a Project Engineer advising government and private sector clients on multi-million dollar projects. In law school, Pamela advocated on behalf of victims of violent crime as a law clerk for the Gang Unit of the Denver District Attorney's Office and again as law clerk for the 18th Judicial District Attorney's Office. After law school, Pamela served as a Felony Deputy District Attorney in Boulder, Colorado, conducting more than 40 jury trials and hundreds of motions hearings for cases involving victims of crime. Ms. Maass continued her legal career representing individuals and corporate defendants in products liability, construction defect litigation, premises liability and personal injury litigation in Denver and served as the Legal Director for Rocky Mountain Victim Law Center. In her free time Ms. Maass enjoys acting, skiing and weightlifting. Ms. Maass joined the Gold Law Firm in the summer of 2015 where her practice involves plaintiff's personal injury, representing victims of sexual assault, sexual abuse, victims of alcohol related crashes, premises liability and insurance related work. She is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, Doyle Inn of Court and a Board Member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association.
