Christina Saunders is a Partner at Sparkman + Foote LLP where she practices intellectual property and corporate law, with a special emphasis on startup companies, entertainment and the arts. She regularly provides counsel in copyright and trademark transactions, and has significant experience in copyright litigation defense involving the download of online content via peer-to-peer file sharing works. Ms. Saunders sits on the Board of Directors for the Colorado Intellectual Property American Inn of Court, and serves as Chair Elect on the Board of Directors for The Gathering Place. She was named by ColoradoBiz Magazine as one of the top 25 most influential young professionals in Colorado in 2011, and has been selected by Colorado SuperLawyers as a Rising Star consecutively from 2014 to 2017. Ms. Saunders holds a J.D. from the University of Utah, and a B.A., cum laude, from Bates College.
