Jeremy Syz, Esq., is a Partner in Holland & Hart's real estate group, where he regularly advises clients on transactions involving the acquisition, financing, sale, leasing and development of real property. Jeremy's practice includes a focus on representing landlords and tenants in a variety of commercial leasing matters including leases for office space, retail, restaurants, build-to-suit leases, and ground lease transactions. In addition, Jeremy has significant experience with discrete areas of commercial leasing, including leasehold financing, “net zero” leases, operating leases and medical office building leases. Jeremy also represents clients in acquiring, financing, developing and managing resorts, hospitality and leisure properties, as well as multifamily affordable and market rate housing projects.
