Greg Weiss, MBA, CPA/CFF, CVA,  is a Colorado native and a Denver-based certified public accountant. His interest in employee ownership and open-book management began in graduate school when he attended a symposium featuring Cory Rosen, founder of the National Center for Employee Ownership and Jack Stack of Springfield Remanufacturing Company (now SRC Holdings) and the author of two books on employee ownership and open-book management: The Great Game of Business and A Stake in the Outcome.  Since then, Greg has advised employee-owned companies on everything from developing effective incentive compensation plans to implementing succession plans using ESOPs and other forms of employee ownership. Greg is the Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Rocky Mountain Center for Employee Ownership and is a member of the National Center for Employee Ownership, the ESOP Association, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Colorado Society of CPAs, and the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts. When not working with clients, Greg can be found outdoors enjoying everything Colorado has to offer, including hiking, backpacking, cycling, skiing, and the equestrian sport of eventing.
