Thomas Werge, Esq., is an attorney, businessman, and musician. He leads Werge & Corbin’s small business litigation, dispute resolution, and music law practice areas. He regularly represents clients in business disputes, including business divorce / partnership breakups and breach of contract matters, together with copyright and joint work matters, trademark infringement, employment, real estate, construction, trade secret / noncompetition matters, prosecution and defense of civil judgments / complex collections, professional liability and malpractice defense, civil rights, financial industry, insurance, non-profit, and other litigation matters. Tom represents clients in federal and state court litigation, in arbitration, at mediation, and as local counsel. Tom also provides expert witness services and serves as an arbitrator for the AAA, FINRA, and the CBA Legal Fee Arbitration Committee. Tom has achieved and maintained AV Preeminent status from Martindale-Hubbell, has been named as a Colorado Super Lawyer for Business Litigation since 2023, has been honored in Colorado Best Lawyers for Commercial Litigation since 2024, and was designated as a 5280 Top Lawyer for the first time in 2025. He is licensed to practice law in Colorado and California. Tom is also an active musician and has performed with his band 12 Cents for Marvin since 1996. He lives in central Denver with his wife, three kids, and orange cat named Magnus.
