Brian D. Lefort
Brian Lefort practices in Faegre Drinker’s intellectual property group and is admitted as both a U.S. patent attorney and English solicitor, thereby providing clients a unique trans-Atlantic perspective and delivering value-added service through the firm's Colorado and London offices. He provides multijurisdictional counsel and strategies relating to intellectual property portfolios, transactions, and disputes, including inter partes review and post-grant proceedings before the U.S. Patent Office and oppositions at the European Patent Office. Brian works with a range of clients — from emerging companies to established businesses — in a variety of industries, with particular experience in the medical technology space.
