Brianna Dowling, Esq., is Vice President and Assistant Agency Manager for the Rocky Mountain Region and Western Title Division at Old Republic National Title Insurance Company. Prior to this role, she has served in many different capacities within the title insurance industry, including as Underwriting Counsel, as General Counsel for a large Colorado-based title insurance agency, and as Claims Counsel and Rocky Mountain Regional Claims Manager for a national underwriter. Prior to her work in the real estate and title industries, she worked in private practice at a small family law firm outside of Boston, MA. Ms. Dowling currently serves as Treasurer / Secretary of the Land Title Association of Colorado, and as a member of the Colorado Bar Association's Title Standards Committee, and Affordable Housing Task Force. She was formerly a member of the Colorado Bar Association's Real Estate Section Council, and Chair of the Colorado Title Insurance Commission. She is a frequent presenter to attorneys, title professionals, and real estate brokers on the topics of real estate, title insurance, claims practice, survey issues, and title insurance and real estate forms.
