Brianna Dowling is Underwriting Counsel for Alliant National Title Insurance Company, where she assists title insurance agents throughout the country in working through title and real estate issues to facilitate real estate transactions and mitigate risk for the underwriter, the agent, and the consumer. Prior to that role, she served as General Counsel for a Colorado-based title insurance agency, and served as Claims Counsel and Rocky Mountain Regional Claims Manager for a large national underwriter. Prior to her work in the real estate and title industries, she worked in private practice at a small family law firm outside of Boston, MA.
Ms. Dowling currently serves as a director of the Land Title Association of Colorado, and a member of the Colorado Bar Association's Title Standards Committee and Affordable Housing Committee. She was formerly a member of the Colorado Bar Association's Real Estate Section Council, and chair of the Colorado Title Insurance Commission. She is a frequent presenter to attorneys, title professionals, and real estate brokers on the topics of real estate, title insurance, claims practice, survey issues, and title insurance and real estate forms.
