Morgan Wiener, Esq., advises clients on matters involving probate, trust, estate, and fiduciary litigation as a partner at Williams Weese Pepple & Ferguson. Morgan's clients include individual and corporate fiduciaries, beneficiaries, heirs, creditors, and other interested persons. She represents her clients in both contested and uncontested matters, including will contests, will and trust interpretation and modification, spousal rights, protective proceedings, as well as breaches of fiduciary duty and fiduciary appointment and removal proceedings. Morgan is an active speaker and author on trust and estate matters. She received her B.A. in economics from Vanderbilt University, magna cum laude, and her J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law, with honors. Morgan is admitted to practice in Colorado and New York.
