Joshua M. Hantman, Esq., is a member of the Bankruptcy and Restructuring Group, his practice focuses on a broad range of business reorganization, restructuring and distressed acquisition matters, both in and out of court. He represents debtors, creditors, committees, trustees, lenders, and purchasers of distressed assets in both litigation and transactional situations. In litigation, Josh prosecutes and defends claims for fraudulent transfers and preferences. On the transactional side, he represents clients in purchasing distressed assets in 363 sales and provides structural advice regarding mergers and acquisitions. Josh holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Emory University.
