Benjamin Kennedy, Esq., has been practicing disability law since 2010. Mr. Kennedy's practice in disability started in Colorado Springs where he managed a high volume case load at McDivitt Law Firm. In 2012, he joined the disability practice at The Sawaya Law Firm where he also practiced personal injury law. Since 2015, Ben has managed the social security department at Bachus & Schanker. He has provided representation to thousands of clients and has been before administrative law judges throughout the country. He has also represented claimants before federal district court, the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, and is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. When he is not practicing, Ben enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.
