Kip Wallen, Esq., is the Senior Director of Thought Leadership with SRS Acquiom. He provides clients with guidance on market standards and trends. Prior to joining SRS, Kip was a practicing M&A attorney for over 10 years, with expertise in negotiating purchase, escrow, payments, and other transactional agreements. Kip received his J.D. from the Sturm College of Law at the University of Denver and is an active member of the Colorado Bar.
