Diane E. Wozniak, Esq., is a past Chair of FLI and the Family Law Section and remains active in the Family Law Section Executive Council. In her family law practice as a partner at Sherman & Howard, Diane delivers solutions to a variety of clients. Diane's experience over the last 15 years includes resolving complex issues related to premarital and marital agreements, same-sex marriage, common law marriage, dissolution of marriage, legal separation, paternity, the allocation of parental responsibilities, and guardianships. Diane is experienced in litigating domestic and civil matters and developing creative solutions to serve her clients when negotiating a settlement. When Diane is not guiding clients, you can find her with her two Great Danes and husband, in her running shoes on trails and roads around Colorado and beyond or curled up on the couch with a great novel. Diane is an accomplished distance athlete who has completed two Ironman triathlons, more than 15 marathons, including 4 Boston marathons and countless road races.
