Diane Wozniak, Esq., is a partner in the Family Law Group at Sherman & Howard LLC, a full-service law firm. Diane dedicates her practice to family law, including complex financial cases as well as cases involving significant parenting issues, including addiction, domestic violence and child abuse. Diane also serves as Secretary for the Family Law Section Executive Council and as co-chair of the DEI committee. Prior to entering private practice, Diane clerked in Arapahoe County District Court for the Honorable Cheryl Post and the Honorable Charles Pratt. Diane graduated magna cum laude from the University of Oklahoma with a business degree and earned her law degree from the University of Houston while completing her nearly 10-year career at IBM. Diane enjoys running, spending time with her husband and their Great Danes, hiking, and travel. Diane has completed more than 15 marathons, including three Bostons, and two Ironmans.
