Mary Presecan, PE, PMP, has 22 years of experience as an engineer in the water industry, including 19 years at LRE Water as a water rights engineer practicing in Colorado. Her expertise includes water resources master planning, long-range water supply and demand planning, technical litigation support and expert witness testimony for water right matters, water right valuation studies, and water market analyses. Mary has been actively involved in a number of large scale, regional water planning studies in the South Platte Basin, and has enjoyed contributing to the development of balanced plans that reflect and support Colorado's wide range of water users. Mary is a registered Professional Engineer in Colorado and Texas, and holds professional certifications as a Project Management Professional and Certified Expert Witness. At LRE Water, Mary serves as Chairwoman of the Board of Directors, and she has the privilege of honoring the founder of the company through her role as Chair of the Leonard Rice Memorial Scholarship Fund.
