Andy Moore, P.E., has been with the Colorado Water Conservation Board for 16 years,
working primarily with the development and application of decision support systems. He has been involved with different elements of CDSS throughout the State, including surface water modeling for the endangered fish recovery program in the Colorado River mainstem, groundwater model development in the Rio Grande and South Platte River Basins, and the feasibility study for the upcoming DSS in the Arkansas River Basin. Prior to CWCB, he  worked in consulting in surface and groundwater modeling related to water rights transfers. He has a B.S. and an M.S. in Civil and Water Resources Engineering.
