Scott J. Garner is Vice President of Corporate Development and Joint Venture Management
of MarkWest Energy Partners. Prior to joining MarkWest, Mr. Garner held various Director
and Manager-level midstream business development, asset management, strategic planning
and evaluation positions with El Paso Field Services Company, Great Divide Gas Services,
Coastal Field Services Company, Colorado Interstate Gas Company and Conoco’s
Continental Pipeline Company subsidiary. Mr. Garner holds a Bachelor of Science in
Civil/Structural Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Master of Science in
Civil/Structural Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
