Rachel A. Catt
17th Judicial District
Honorable Rachel Catt practiced family law for nearly 20 years before becoming a Magistrate in the 17th Judicial District in 2022. Her award-winning family law practice was recognized by Colorado Super Lawyers, Best Lawyers in America, and Avvo. She received her B.A. from the University of Colorado in 1996 and her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C. in 2001. She is a former President of the Colorado LGBT Bar Association and currently serves on the board of the Colorado Magistrates Association. Magistrate Catt presides over a domestic relations docket.
