Richard Castleton, Esq., is licensed in the state of Colorado and Indiana. His practice focuses on defending businesses in civil litigation and employment law matters. He has experience in defending businesses in wage and hour investigations and litigation, fair employment investigations and litigation, and counseling businesses in ADEA, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, Title VII, WARN, and other federal and state legal matters. He is a former United States Department of Labor Wage and Hour Investigator.
