Michael J. Maday, MSW is mediator/owner of Resolution Resources of Colorado in Colorado Springs. Since 1984 he has mediated over 4000 family, business, disability and community cases. In 1987 he started the Colorado Office of Dispute Resolution program in the 4th Judicial District in cooperation with the courts. Mike is a member of the Board of Directors of the Mediation Association of Colorado and Chair of the MAC Legislative Committee. He previously served on the Board of Directors of the Association for Conflict Resolution. By appointment of the Chief Justice of the Colorado Supreme Court, Mike served on the Colorado Office of Dispute Resolution Advisory Committee, the advisory body for ADR development statewide, chairing it's Legislative Subcommittee. In 2014 he was appointed by the President of the Colorado Senate to the Colorado Judicial Performance Commission, which monitors the performance of Colorado Appellate Judges and Supreme Court Justices and promulgates rules for performance review of judges throughout Colorado. Mike is a certified mediator for Hague Convention Cross-Border Child Abduction cases.
