Lucy Deakins, Esq., focuses her practice on energy law and litigation. She was the lead plaintiff's counsel in Entek GRB LLC v. Stull Ranches, LLC, 763 F.3d 1252 (10th Cir. 2014). She has been named one of Colorado's Top Women in Energy for 2014 by the Denver Business Journal and Women in Energy. Lucy is on the board of Women in Sustainable Energy (WISE) and the leadership team for the Colorado chapter of Women of Wind Energy (WoWE). She is licensed in New York and Colorado.
