Jonathan Langer, Esq., is a co-founder and managing partner of CrestPoint Law PLLC, a business-focused law firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, and corporate law. Jonathan and the team at CrestPoint represent buyers and sellers across industries on transactions in both main street and lower middle market transactions. Through both his educational journey including high school speech and debate, history seminars at Williams College, and Law Review at CU Law, and the evolution of his legal practice as a junior associate at a national law firm, and his more recent extensive work negotiating and supervising deals at CrestPoint Law, Jonathan has developed a deep reservoir of experience drafting, editing, and negotiating complex legal documents.
