Jonathan Langer, Esq., specializes in business law and real estate. He has extensive experience representing buyers and sellers in a wide variety of deals, from complex M&A transactions to simple local business deals, and large commercial real estate transactions to buying and selling urban and mountain homes. In addition to providing legal services, Jonathan is a licensed Colorado real estate broker, working with buyers and sellers of high end residential properties in both Denver and the Vail Valley, as well as commercial sales and leasing. Jonathan attended Williams College (B.A., History and Environmental Studies, 2004, Cum Laude, Honors) and the University of Colorado Law School (J.D. 2009, Law Review). Jonathan has taught continuing legal education programs at the Colorado Bar Association's annual Business Law Institute. Jonathan is a member of the Vail Board of Realtors, South Metro Denver Realtors Association, Colorado Association of Business Intermediaries, and the Colorado Bar Association. In his free time, Jonathan enjoys skiing, mountain biking, golf, gardening, cooking, and spending time with his wife and boys.
