Tyler C. Murray is a leading tax, business, and estate planning attorney, and founding partner at Murray & McCarthy Law in Denver. He received his LL.M. in taxation at the University of Denver. Mr. Murray has successfully represented taxpayers facing major tax problems, resolving complex tax issues involving income tax, employment tax, sales tax, and estate tax, and preparing efficient defense against state and federal tax penalties and disputes. The blending of his skills and experience in tax representation and tax compliance work has enabled him to implement comprehensive tax planning to clients along with developing and structuring business tax plans minimizing taxes.
