Bryan Caylor, Esq., serves as General Counsel at Summit Investment Management, where he leads all legal and compliance functions for the firm’s investment operations. With over 15 years of experience practicing law in Colorado, Bryan oversees a broad portfolio of legal matters, including complex commercial transactions, distressed asset acquisitions, real estate law, and business corporate matters. Bryan’s practice emphasizes pragmatic, business-aligned solutions, drawing on a multidisciplinary background that includes a prior career in engineering. This enables him to navigate legal issues with fluency, particularly in matters intersecting with private equity, turnaround strategies, and investment structuring. Bryan’s legal leadership at Summit contributes to the successful resolution of high-value, multi-jurisdictional matters, as well as helps navigate local business issues specifically applicable to Summit Investment Management’s operations in Colorado. In addition to his legal work, Bryan supports public interest initiatives, including his past service on the board of the Rocky Mountain Children’s Law Center and current service as lead coach and mentor for the high school mock trial team at Denver’s School of Science and Technology (Montview). Bryan earned his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and is admitted to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
