Lisa Hardin, Esq., is a partner of Hardin, Waldrip, & Davis, PLLC where her practice includes comprehensive estate planning and administration, a variety of transactional deals, including, dental practice transitions, buy-sell agreements, purchase and sale of businesses, and entity formation. Lisa is actively involved in the Colorado Bar Association Trust and Estate Section where she is the current co-chair of the Orange Book Forms Committee. Lisa was born and raised in Houston, Texas. She moved to Boulder, Colorado to attend the University of Colorado. Lisa then attended the University of Denver Sturm College of Law for her law degree. In addition, Lisa received a Masters of Taxation in Law at the University of Denver.
