Maureen “Mo” Watson, Esq., is Head of Legal and Compliance at meQuilibrium ("meQ"), a SaaS tool for building and supporting a resilient workforce. At meQ, Maureen advises on a wide range of legal issues and manages the compliance function. Prior to joining meQ, she worked as the General Counsel at HIMSS (health-information technology) and CQG (futures and commodities trading SaaS); before moving in-house she spent several years in private practice as a general commercial litigator. Maureen focuses on bringing a practical and solution-oriented approach to partnering with her business teams.
