Laura E. Liss, Esq., practices franchise, trademark, and corporate law in Denver, CO where she advises both emerging and longstanding franchisors and franchisees on the intersection of franchise, trademark, corporate, real estate, and other legal disciplines to build, protect, grow, and sell her clients' businesses. Ms. Liss has been Chair of the CBA's Franchise Subsection since January 2016 through the present, and is extensively involved with the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations (CBA/DBA), serving as Second Vice Chair of the DBA's Board of Trustees (FY 2017-2018), and as a member of the Executive Committee of the DBA's Young Lawyers Division (FY 2015 - 2018). Ms. Liss is also a member of the American Bar Association's Forum on Franchising and participates in events for the local chapter of the International Franchise Association.
