Sarah Boulden, Esq., is a partner and head of the Denver office of Silicon Legal Strategy, a boutique law entrepreneurial law firm headquartered in San Francisco. She works with technology companies and venture capital investors on a broad range of transactional legal matters, including day-to-day counseling, entity formations and corporate governance issues, protection and commercialization of intellectual property, equity and debt financings, and mergers and acquisitions. Sarah received her JD and MBA degrees from the University of Colorado at Boulder and her undergraduate degrees in English and Corporate Communications with a minor in business from the University of Texas at Austin.
