Kyle W. Brenton, Esq., is an Assistant United States Attorney working in the Appellate Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Colorado, where he handles criminal and civil appeals in the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Before joining the Appellate Division, Mr. Brenton worked in the Office’s Civil Division, where he defended the United States as well as its agencies, officers, and employees, in a wide variety of civil litigation in federal court. Before entering public service, Mr. Brenton was in private practice in Denver at Childs McCune LLC and Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP handling complex civil litigation matters with a focus in appellate practice. He clerked for the Honorable David M. Ebel on the Tenth Circuit.
