Sarah B. Felsen

Sarah Felsen, Esq., manages the Dependency and Neglect System Reform Program, housed within the State Court Administrator's Office and the Colorado Department of Human Services. Previously, Sarah practiced law (J.D., Brooklyn Law School / University of Denver Sturm College of Law) as an associate in a respondent parent counsel's practice, and was a law clerk for the 1st Judicial District's Presiding Juvenile Judge, the Honorable Ann Gail Meinster.  Most recently, Sarah clerked for the Honorable Gale T. Miller at the Colorado Court of Appeals. Sarah is Chair of the Colorado Bar Association's Juvenile Law Section and recently was nominated to be a Colorado Bar Foundation Fellow.
