Martin J. Flaum II

Honorable Martin Flaum formerly practiced as a Senior Lead Deputy District Attorney in the 17th Judicial District, where he supervised District Court Division F and handled a felony docket including Homicide, Vehicular Homicide, Sexual Assault, crimes with child victims, and aggravated assault cases. He also acted as a liaison for the Commerce City Police Department and the CDAC Vehicular Homicide unit. He graduated from Creighton University with a JD in 2009 and was appointed to the Adams County, County Court Bench in 2016 at the age of 33. As a County Court Criminal judge his docket consists primarily of aggravated traffic offenses, DUI's, and Misdemeanor Domestic Violence cases.
