Benjamin T. Stetler, Esq., is dedicated to resolving disagreements using alternative dispute resolution methods. And by focusing the discussion on their interests, mediation can help preserve good-will between parties when a relationship must endure (in some capacity) long after the disagreement is resolved. Through his direct approach and awareness of both the legal implications and the acute emotional toll conflicts can take on individuals, Ben has earned a reputation for being fair, dedicated, and results oriented in the over 2,000 disputes he has mediated in his career thus far. He was recognized as a “Top Lawyer” in the area of alternative dispute resolution in 5280—Denver’s Mile High Magazine, and he was recognized as the “People’s Choice for the Best Mediator” by Law Week Colorado’s Barrister’s Best. He is also recognized as a Colorado “Super Lawyer”—alternative dispute resolution. Ben received his BA from The George Washington University in Washington, DC, and he received his JD from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida.
