Vaughn Marshall is an associate with Doida Law Group LLC. He focuses on helping clients navigate complex issues while keeping sight of the big picture. Mr. Marshall brings his unique perspective to all of his practice areas, including corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, securities, commercial real estate, commercial finance, and general transactional matters. Prior to joining Doida Law Group, Mr. Marshall was in-house counsel at an established private equity firm in the Denver metro area where he worked closely with the firm’s management and portfolio companies on a wide range of transactions both across the country and internationally. Mr. Marshall is a graduate of the University of Denver Sturm College of Law (J.D.) and the University of Denver Daniels College of Business (M.B.A.).
