Andrew M. Bechel is an associate in the Taxation and Corporate Practice Groups of the Denver office of Messner Reeves LLP. Andrew assists both individuals and companies in structuring their affairs in a tax-efficient manner. On the individual side, Andrew works to develop a plan that best fits the client's needs and minimizes estate and gift taxes as well as federal and state income taxes. On the corporate side, Andrew works to ensure that business transactions are structured to minimize federal and state taxes. Andrew received his Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado Law School and his LL.M. in Taxation from the New York University School of Law. Andrew is a member of the Colorado Bar Association.
