Lindsey Hopper, Esq., received her JD and MPH from the University of Minnesota. She is admitted to practice in Colorado and Montana. Lindsey practiced health law with Sherman & Howard in Denver before moving to Bend, Oregon in January 2014. She is presently the CEO of the Central Oregon Health Council, which governs the coordinated care organization in central Oregon and manages care for Oregon Health Plan members in the region pursuant to Oregon's Medicaid reform efforts.
