James C. Williams
Jim Williams, Vice President, GLC Advisors & Co., LLC, was previously a Director in KPMG Corporate Finance's Technology, Media, and Telecom investment banking group, where he focused on advising technology companies and executing M&A and private capital raising transactions for Software, Internet, and IT Services business. Prior to this time at KPMG Corporate Finance, Mr. Williams held Vice President and Associate positions with St. Charles Capital, LLC, a leading boutique investment banking firm acquired by KPMG Corporate Finance in 2014. Mr. Williams holds a JD from the University of San Diego School of Law as well as a BS in Finance and a BS in Accountancy from Villanova University.
