Matthew Holohan's legal experience includes work on a variety of matters including patent infringement, copyright infringement, trade secret misappropriation, securities, consumer class action, and pro bono matters. His current practice focuses on patent litigation, representing clients in areas such as semiconductor manufacturing, software, telecommunications, and water purification. Mr. Holohan has extensive experience representing clients through all stages of litigation, including appeals. Mr. Holohan has appeared in federal and state court as well as the United States International Trade Commission. Prior to joining Kilpatrick Townsend, Mr. Holohan was an associate with a national law firm in California.
