Kristin Ann Knudson is the founder of Knudson & Associates LLC, where she practices immigration and nationality law, including family- and employment-based immigration, removal defense, citizenship and naturalization, and humanitarian immigration. Ms. Knudson is currently the chair of the Colorado Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and a member of the CBA Immigration Section's Executive Committee and the Colorado Lawyers Committee. Previously, she served as chair of the U Visa Working Group and the AILA Access to Services Committee and was a member of the AILA - U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Liaison Committee. Ms. Knudson graduated from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law with honors from the Order of St. Ives. She has presented CLEs on a variety of immigration topics for the Colorado District Attorneys Council, The Colorado Organization for Victim Assistance, American Immigration Lawyers conferences, and the Colorado Bar Association.
