Scott M. Shea is a construction attorney representing general contractors in resolving contract, schedule, defect, and performance disputes. Prior to becoming a lawyer, he practiced architecture for almost 14 years, designing and administering contracts on senior housing, military, and state agency projects with budgets from $5 million to $90 million dollars. Mr. Shea received his undergraduate and Master’s degrees in architecture from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. He is licensed to both practice law and architecture in Colorado.
