Kurt Zaner, Esq., is a founding partner of Zaner Harden Law and focuses his practice on catastrophic injury cases stemming from car crashes, explosions, and product defects. He recently secured the largest premises liability verdict (15.9 million) in the history of Colorado in a case involving an explosion. In 2017 he secured two of the top 20 jury verdicts in Colorado across all practice areas. He has been named CTLA's New Trial Lawyer of the Year, served as the President of the New Lawyers for AAJ, and sits on the Board for both CTLA and AAJ. Kurt has appeared on Good Morning America and World News Tonight for his high profile case against General Motors involving the mother of four who was stuck in her car on the side of a mountain for six days after her defective vehicle failed her.  In his free time he likes to act in local theater productions and spend time with his wife and two young boys in the mountains.
