Bruce M. Kramer
McGinnis Lochridge & KilgoreBruce M. Kramer, Esq., is the Thompson Visiting Professor of Law at Colorado University School of Law and is of counsel to McGinnis, Lochridge & Kilgore in Houston, Texas. He received his B.A. in International Relations from UCLA, his J.D. from the UCLA School of Law and his L.L.M. in Environmental and Natural Resources Law from the University of Illinois. From 1974 through 2006 he taught at Texas Tech Univ. School of Law retiring as the Maddox Professor of Law Emeritus. He is the co-author of The Law of Pooling and Unitization and Williams & Meyers Oil and Gas Law (since 1996). He is a trustee of the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation, the Energy and Mineral Law Foundation and the Center for American and International Law's Institute of Energy Laws.
