Todd Bluth, Esq., is a litigation and appellate specialist with 15 years of hands-on courtroom experience. He works with trial lawyers and clients to navigate complex litigation, preserve key issues, and present clear, persuasive arguments to reviewing courts—drawing on a career spent both trying cases and scrutinizing them after verdict.  Todd has litigated over 60 appeals across all levels of Colorado state courts, the Colorado Court of Appeals, and the Colorado Supreme Court, including oral argument.  Todd regularly assists trial counsel with issue evaluation, briefing, and post-trial strategy. Beyond Colorado, he is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Todd earned his law degree from Boston College Law School and his B.A. from Brigham Young University. He is fluent in Spanish. Outside the office, he enjoys woodworking, basketball and football, snowboarding, and spending time outdoors with his wife and three daughters.
