Jean C. He is a member of the bars of Johnson County, Kansas; the State of Kansas; the United States District Courts in Kansas, Colorado, Central District of Illinois, Western District of Michigan and Western District of Missouri; and the United States Circuit Courts of Appeals for the Fifth, Sixth, Seventh, Eighth and Tenth Circuits. During his career, he has argued over 200 Social Security disability cases before the federal district courts and circuit courts of appeal.
