Gayle Troutman, Esq., practices in the law office of Troutman & Troutman, P.C. She began representing clients before the Social Security Administration in 1994, but the primary focus of her work for the past several years has been federal court appeals of Social Security Disability cases. She has written hundreds of federal court briefs in the Tenth, Fifth, and Ninth circuits. She is a past member of the NOSSCR Board of Directors. She has also taught at numerous NOSSCR conferences, 10th Circuit Winter Meetings, and CLE classes for the Oklahoma Bar Association.
