Arash Heidarian, Esq. is an associate at McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP, where he represents contractors in all aspects of government contracting and construction law including negotiation, award, performance and termination. He also has substantial experience performing internal investigations of government contractor compliances with regulatory requirements and working to resolve procurement fraud issues. Mr. Heidarian has litigated cases before the Government Accountability Office, boards of contract appeals and Court of Federal Claims. Prior to joining McKenna Long & Aldridge, Mr. Heidarian practiced at a boutique law firm in Washington, D.C., providing substantial assistance to the government contracts, litigation and constructions teams. He also worked as a law clerk for the Alexandria City Public Defender's office, the Supreme Court of Rhode Island, under the Honorable Francis X. Flaherty, and the United States Agency for International Development's International Procurement and Ethics and Administration groups.
